여름 비디오 게임 컨벤션 시즌이 계속되며, Gamescom 2023은 이번 주 독일 쾰른에서 시작될 예정입니다. 수요일에 문이 열리기 전에 – 그리고 화요일에 Gamescom 오프닝 나이트 라이브 무대 쇼가 열리기 전에 – 이벤트 주최자들은 매년 개최되는 Gamescom 어워드의 올해 버전을 위한 후보자들을 발표했습니다.
올해의 후보자들은 국제적인 게임 미디어 구성원들의 투표에 따라 선정되었으며, 총 16개의 다양한 상이 수여될 예정입니다. Armored Core VI: Fires Of Rubicon은 7개의 후보에 오르며 가장 많은 후보를 얻었으며, 이미 출시되었음에도 불구하고 The Legend Of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom은 4개의 후보에 오르고 있습니다.

Gamescom은 Geoff Keighley가 진행하는 오프닝 나이트 라이브로 시작됩니다. 이 이벤트는 내일 8월 22일 오전 11시 PT / 오후 2시 ET에 시작됩니다. 이 행사는 2시간 동안 여러 개의 새로운 예고편을 공개할 예정이며, Keighley는 VGC에 말하면서 “올해의 ONL은 새로운 프로젝트를 발표하는 것보다는 다음 해에 발매될 가장 큰 게임들에 대한 업데이트를 팬들에게 제공하는 것이 더 중점입니다.”
